This Affiliate Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Team Bearor, LLC, hereafter referred to as "Company," and the individual or entity agreeing to the terms herein, hereafter referred to as "Affiliate."

1. Program Enrollment

To become an affiliate for the Digital Cashflow Lab, the Affiliate must complete an affiliate application and be approved by the Company. The Company reserves the right to reject or revoke any application at its discretion.

2. Commissions

For every sale made as a result of the Affiliate's promotion, the Affiliate will earn a commission as detailed in the Affiliate dashboard or as otherwise communicated by the Company. Payments will be made on a monthly basis, with a minimum payout threshold as specified by the Company.

3. Payment Methods

Commissions will be paid via [Specify Payment Method, e.g., "PayPal"] to the details provided by the Affiliate during registration.

4. Affiliate Promotion Guidelines

The Affiliate agrees to market Digital Cashflow Lab ethically, professionally, and in a manner that aligns with the brand and reputation of Team Bearor, LLC. Misleading promotions, spamming, or any unethical behavior may result in immediate termination of the affiliate account without any owed commissions.

5. Intellectual Property

The Affiliate is granted a non-exclusive, limited, revocable right to use the promotional materials provided by the Company. The Affiliate may not alter, modify, or change the materials in any way.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing the other party written notice of termination.

7. Liability

The Company will not be liable for any indirect or accidental damages arising out of this Agreement or the affiliate program.

8. Confidentiality

All confidential information, including but not limited to business and financial information, customer lists, and pricing details, is confidential and may not be disclosed by the Affiliate.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of New York.

10. Agreement Modifications

The Company may update or change the terms of this Agreement at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes and will be required to review and accept the changes to continue participation in the program.
