I had a friend ask me what the best MLM scripts for recruiting and overcoming objections that use in my Network Marketing business. To be honest,there are a lot of great objection handling scripts out there with a quick Google search, but I’ve found this phrase to be one of the best phrases to use even though it’s very “old school.”

 

I’d also like to add that mastering objections in Network Marketing takes a lot of practice. Not just a few days of practice, but consistently talking to new people daily and being comfortable with being uncomfortable with whatever objections they throw at you.

 

This phrase will help you stayed postured and allow you to handle any rejection or objection that your prospects give you.

MLM Scripts: “Feel, Felt, Found”

If your prospect says…

  • MLM Prospect: “I’d love to join you in this business opportunity, but I don’t think I’d have the confidence and go-getter mentality it takes to be successful. It’s a bit scary to me to do something like this.”
  • You: “I feel where you’re coming from, MLM Prospect. To be honest, I felt the same way before I started and was scared to get out of my comfort zone as well. What I found is that I plugged into the training that my mentor gave me, and I had no idea what I was doing or if it was going to work, but all I did was give it a shot and tried my best, and here I am today having a blast of fun and making an extra $500/month.”

 

And there you have it…feel, felt, found. Typically, after I say that…I ask them what other concerns or questions they had next.

 

Practice the Overcoming Objections Scripts Daily!

 

Try this out on other excuses, I mean objections, that you’re getting in your Network Marketing business. Let’s use the “I don’t have time” objection.

  • MLM Prospect: “I’d love to join you in this business opportunity, but I don’t think I’d have the time it takes to be successful. I work like 50+ hours every week.”
  • You: “I feel where you’re coming from, MLM Prospect. To be honest, I felt the same way before I started with very limited time. What I found is that I plugged into the training that my mentor gave me to show me how to be successful in this business with very limited time.. I had no idea what I was doing or if it was going to work, but all I did was give it a shot and tried my best, and here I am today having a blast of fun and making an extra $1,000/month.”

 

See how simple that really is? Let’s try another common objection that we hear in Network Marketing…“I don’t have the money!”

  • MLM Prospect: “I’d love to join you in this business opportunity, but I don’t have the money to start up and will have to wait a few months.”
  • You: “I feel where you’re coming from, MLM Prospect. To be honest, I felt the same way before I started and had zero dollars to start a side business. What I found is that I plugged into the training that my mentor gave me which showed me how to get started and make my money back before my startup kit even arrived at my front door. I had no idea what I was doing or if it was going to work, but all I did was give it a shot and tried my best, and here I am today traveling on vacations 4x a year and making an extra $2,000/month.”

 

Like I mentioned above, this is a very old school method for overcoming objections in Network Marketing. You’re never guaranteed to handle every single objection that you get using the scripts because not everyone has the mindset for this business. I’d spend more of my time looking for the ones who DO have the right mindset for this business!

 

Tips for Overcoming Objections in Network Marketing

 

objection handling mlm scriptsMost people will get “hung up” on overcoming objections to the point where they’re so afraid of what their prospect might say that they never even respond.

If a prospect is giving you a hard time or is trying to “make you dance” for them, don’t do it. I wouldn’t even ask your upline leader to do a 3 way call with them. I would stay postured and ask them if they “knew anyone else who was open to making an extra income on the side if we showed them step by step how to do it?” and then MOVE ON.

If you’re talking to 10-20 new people daily, you don’t have time to go back and forth for this prospect to make a decision. You can better focus your time and energy on those who DO see opportunity, so go talk with them and leave your prospect in the dust with your success. #SeedsPlanted
