Refund Policy &Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your CoursePad.io order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an CoursePad.io Order is 30 days from the date on which you started your subscription.

You can also access this page inside your CoursePad account under the "Manage Your Subscription" tab on the menu.

We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

*Note: If you just downloaded the training material (pdfs, audios, videos, and/or etc), and then promptly asked for a return, we reserve the right to deny your return request, as this policy wasn’t designed to enable people to steal the training material.

There are no refunds and all sales are final for 'The Freedom &Scale Method' Program, Done-For-You Services, Consulting, Or Event Tickets.

No Refund Policy: Due to the customized nature of The Freedom &Scale Method Program services, all payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. By purchasing this service, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Chargebacks and Disputes: You agree not to initiate any chargebacks, disputes, or reversals of payment once work has started. In the event of a dispute, you must contact us directly at trey@teambearor.com to resolve the issue. Any chargeback initiated will constitute a breach of these terms, and Team Bearor, LLC reserves the right to take legal action to recover unpaid fees, damages, and associated costs.

Legal Fees & Recovery of Costs: If legal action is required to collect payment due to a chargeback, dispute, or non-payment, you agree to be fully responsible for all legal fees, court costs, and collection expenses incurred by Team Bearor, LLC in recovering the owed funds.
